"The iconic Cubana menu — a relic of Havana glamour on Parisian paper."
The Story
Paris doesn't sleep — it transforms. As the lights along the Boulevard du Montparnasse soften into amber, the city shifts into its truest self. This is where we found Cubana Café, tucked into rue Vavin like a secret kept between friends.
The evening began with the Cubana menu — vintage, tactile, immediately cinematic. Then came the rum. Then the cigar. A Havana ritual performed in a Parisian arrondissement, perfectly out of place, perfectly at home.
Later, we slipped across the city to Maasaï — an Afro-French dining experience that rewrites what a Paris dinner can be. Bold sharing plates. A cocktail the color of sunset. The kind of meal that earns its own Instagram caption.

"Havana Soul in the Heart of Saint-Germain"
Hidden on a quiet cobblestone stretch of the 6th arrondissement, Cubana Café is Paris's most seductive open secret. The walls breathe rum and revolution. Vintage photographs, candlelit tables, and the low murmur of salsa drift through the night air — this is Havana, filtered through a Parisian dream.

"Where the Savanna Meets the Seine"
Maasaï transforms the Parisian dining scene with bold African flavors, electric green lighting, and cocktails that stop conversation mid-sentence. The Maasaï daiquiri — golden, iced, impossibly elegant — arrives beside a deep Bordeaux red. This is not just dinner. It is a full sensory event.
